Here's the best stupid question of the day. I have ordered a new service manual for my 1972 Mercury 50hp, but it's not here yet. Here's the stupid question. On the fuel pump is the inlet on the top or bottom? <br /><br />Thanks All !<br /><br />No name...to embarrassed

Thanks for the reply. I'm sure your intentions were meant well, but after a week of messing around with this I just recieved the service manual I ordered. The inlet is on the top, not the bottom.

simple way to tell on any pulse pump .<br />the one you can blow through is the inlet
