Stupid Tilt/Trim Question???

I have a 96 Evinrude 48 Special without a tilt/trim. It does however have a help cylinder. The cylinder has a hose hooked to it that leads to a release valve that lets you hold the current height or let it down. <br /><br />My question is, Can I get a evinrude tilt/trim motor and hook it up to that some way and acquire tilt/trim??<br /><br />If so, what size of motor.<br /><br />Thanks

There are no stupid questions when one is in need of help....If you have a local OMC/Bombardiar dealer, they can give you the factory options, and there are several after-market T-N-T's available for your application!
