So when you twice tested another 2 motors did they have the same problem ?

I was NOT given the opportunity to see other motors run. I was simply told that another new one ran the same as mine... end of story. Of course, that was by the dealer who did not do a PDI (which they wanted me to sign for but did not do.) I had TWO authorized dealers witness the problem, but they could not fix it. That's when I complained in writing to suzuki (per their instructions on their web site.) suzuki would NOT respond to me in writing, but simply by phone to say the motor was performing according to specs. I made the suzuki guy (would not give me his full name) read me a line from the brochure claiming how vibration free this motor was supposed to be. It has been proven that it is NOT as advertised, yet I can not get a refund, nor get it fixed to run as advertised! ( And I'm NOT talking about just a little vibration!)

(With apologies to all you who have read this before.)

Suz has tech reps that will solve the problems the dealer can`t , but they are probley working a lot closer with the larger dealers. One lives in NC. If you are in a hurry for the engine, drive the 5 hours to Fridays. After about 3 trips to the dealer I would be in small claims court.

Thanks clanton!

Been in touch with some really nice folks at nearby Fort Macon Marine in Morehead City, NC. They seem to have good relations with the Suzuki Rep as I am supposed to expect a call from Rep in near future to discuss my problem! We'll see, but there seems to be a little hope for the time being! Stay tuned and I'll post the outcome!
