suzuki dt115 1987 runs rich when in full down tilt position, when in full tilt up runs ok if you try to plane from full down position runs rough and you just have to go full throtte, even sitting runing in down postion runs rough and you can see fuel in water, carbs have been cleaned and new inlet needles and seats installed and pressure tested, coil values have been check per manual not that that would do it but just to see if they where ok, compession in 120 all cylinders, if left to run in full down position engine will quit, if underway and just running slow does same thing, have checked the adjustment per factory manual in oil injection and is set per manual, I have missed something, any ideas?

Check fuel pump for hole in diaphram, sucking fuel into crankcase. If not a problem, then recheck your carbs sound like float adjustment or trash in needle and seat maybe.

Did you check your Flywheel sensor? Not sure if yours has one but on my 1995 DT115 It ran rich. the sensor was out about 1/8 inch. Moved it to spec. which is around .015" Ran great after that.
