Suzuki dt 25 cooling problems

I have a 1982 Suzuki dt 25. It will pee for a minute then the steam will become weak. I have replaced the impeller and thermostat.

possibly someting is plugging/restricting the flow to the Tell tale.
have you tried to blow compressed air into the TT hole while this happens to see if that changes things up?

Yes nothing changed. I put the muffs on and it is peeing ok, but there is no water coming out of the exhaust and the cylinder temp is at 200. Is that normal?
