Suzuki DT115S Lower Unit

I need a lower unit for a 1997? DT115S with 20” shaft. Any help in locating one would be appreciated. I would prefer used because the only new unit that I have found on the internet was $3000. The motor only goes for about $2400.

Will the foot from a DT90 fit it also? That might help my search. Are there any other lower units that will work?

no a DT90 would not work, only apart from the DT115, a DT140 lower unit will fit ...... what is wrong with your lower unit?

The guts are toast as it has locked the drive shaft and the repaired crack in the lower unit has re-cracked as well as another crack has formed. The service tech said the whole unit is gone. There probably is not even any core value on the lower unit housing. Rebuilding it would cost more than the entire engine is worth.

10-4 on the DT140 unit.
