I have a DT 30hp 1984 Suzuki and I'm getting water in the bottom cylinder. I have 100 and 110 pounds of compression (dry) in the cylinders. I had the head milled and a new head gasket installed. All too no avail. No cracks are visible in the head or the block. The head was checked by the machine shop - no cracks. The engine starts (electric start) right away. Could the block be cracked in the intake or exhaust ports that I cannot see? Can I isolate the block and head pressurize them individually and mabe see a crack?

Glad you found it. Where did the water come from?

There was a hole in the exhaust plate
