Suzuki DT30...more power???

Hey ya'all got a question here.....First outboard i've ever owned,all my boats have been and are I/O ,i bought a 1970 Boston Whaler SS13, she has an 1985 DT30, so i dont have to buy a 40,i figure there's got to be a way to get more hp out of this one,reed's or something? tell me what you think...Thank You.

Waste of time, money and trouble, Marine.

The BW 13s perform very well with 30HP and border on dangerous with 40.

there is alot you can do to modify this motor, but it is expensive and the maintenance also changes from once a year to once a month ....

That's good Boat / Motor Combination. Changing the prop can effect performance
