Hot or cold, it will turn over great for about ten seconds then when you try it a second time the gear engages starter seems to try but won't turn it over? If you wait about 5/10 minutes it will turn over good again, then the same thing no turn over? It will pull start with a rope. After getting it started with the rope heading back to shore, I tried to trim the motor up did not raise and The TACK maxed out and water temp Gage fell to O, let go of the trim botton they both return to normal. The engine WILL raise if it's not running? The trim down works and affect's nothing? Help!!!

You have a bad connection to the battery.

Re: Suzuki DT60 Staring trouble again?

Well Battery is New, connections are good .
Suzuki outboard motor Service manual say in the trouble hooting section, when checking the Starter Relay Ohms should read between 3.2 to 3.28 on the two small wire leads. If not change it? I get "O" So I took to the Starter reair guuy here He checked it and says it works? He is mainly a guy starter guy and I don't recall ever seeing a starter relay with the 2 small wires coming off of it ? THINKING THEY GO TO THE POWER TRIM that shorts out the Tach and Water temp gages when it is running, and does not raise. Power trim works fine with just the key on and motor not running. I'm confused for sure?

I dont know what manual you have but all of my manuals have the electrical schematics, Does yours have it? There is really nothing complicated about the starter solenoid wiring. The positive wire from the battery connects to one of the large screw posts on the solenoid and numerous other red wires connect there also. The other large screw post connects to the positive side of the starter motor.
The two smaller connections, one goes to the case of the engine, usually a black wire to the common battery black wire bolt in the box. The other small terminal picks up the starter switch wire fom the remote control at the main connector. Take a look and see what you have.

Re: SPAMM ALERT!

You might wonder with so many WoW goldguides available, which one should you pick, so let's take a look at Warcraft Wealth in particular so you can see the pros and cons. I've had a pretty good chance to review Warcraft Wealth thoroughly so I think I can help you make an honest assessment of whether you need it or not.
