(Suzuki) Gear lube pump

I need to change the lower end oil in my 1983 DT50.
The lube pumps I am able to find (pt#802891Q2) list applications for Mercury, Johnson/ Evinrude motors?

Will it work on a Suzuki OB?

Is one brand better than another, do the lower priced ones hold up, or is it better to look for a higher quality pump?

The simple plastic pump from Boaters World will sufice. Take the fill level plug with you to compare the diameter of the screw in fitting. It works with most lowers. Probably need an impact driver to remove the plugs without tearing them up.

I have loosened the fill screw/plug before. I did not think of taking the plug when I purchase the pump, (Good Tip).
