Suzuki long/short shaft difference

Does anyone know the differences between long(25in) and short shaft(20in) versions of the Df115? Is it just the lower units or is there other parts?

Just the leg (and it's innards like shift shaft, water pickup tube) and lower unit.

Short shaft isn't 20", it's 15". Long shaft is 20" and extra long shaft is 25".
