115 HP Suzuki<br /><br />I recently had an electrical problem and had to manually raise the motor to safely trailer home. I removed the hex head screw completely from the bottom of the pump, then manually tilted the motor while purging a couple ounces of hydraulic fluid. I replaced the bolt snug but not tight.<br /><br />After fixing the electrical problem, I removed the hydraulic fill plug and topped off the reservoir. When I actuated the tilt button, I hear the hydrualic pump working in both up and down but the tilt mechanism does not move. It sounds like there is air in the system but I see no way to bleed it.<br /><br />I tried different positions for the lower hex bolt to no avail. Any suggestions?
