Swapping control lever sides on a 50 TLDI with electric tilt.

Ok, I took the two cover screws off, got the plastic cover off, took the 13mm bolt out of the middle, now how do I get the handle off?

The square drive of the handle is slightly tapered. Tap it out with a mallet and the appropriate (brass) drift.
