Swim Ladder Replacement

I just bought a 2004 Tahoe Q4 inboard. The swim ladder in the rear is a two step. I find it difficult to re-board the boat...maybe because I'm tall. I am looking to find a replacement 3 step ladder. Is there anything out there that requires little or no drilling or reconstruction?? Can anyone help me?

Sorry, make that a 4 step and the 5th being the platform.
