Hi Star Baby,<br />If you go with a full-transom swim platform, make sure you account for the raised height of the sterndrive when it is fully trimmed up. I've seen some platforms that were three piece and had a hinge in the center section so that it could be flipped out of the way when trimming the I/O. If you go with a solid (single-pc) full width transom platform, you will have to mount it well above the sterndrive for clearance. You'll probably need a swim ladder off the platform so swimmers can board easier. There are several companies that make large, full-width or small, partial-width platforms. Just do an internet search and you'll find plenty. Or if you're handy, you could make your own platform out of teak, mahogany, or even recycled plastic decking boards. Good luck.
