Switch Box Help

I have a 1985 60 HP mercury, I'm trying to put a new switch box on. I order one from CDI part # 114-7778. They said this part replace the old one part # 332-7778A1. The new switch box is missing the terminal for the white wire that runs to the trigger assembly. What doe you do with the white wire?? Also the new has a ground wire coming out of it where do I ground it to?? Thanks in advance for any help.

First I have never recieved a CDI part that did not include instructions if there was any change in wires, didn't you get any with the trigger? I think the wire your asking about is white/black originally and is the grd wire it and the ground wire from the box go together on any of the mounting screws for the box.

I messed up, I looked at the switchbox in a hurry. It's in and the engine started right up. thanks for your help.
