Switching From Tiller To Controls

I have a 83 Evinrude 25hp model #E25RLCTE. Is it possible to convert this motor from a tiller over to controls. If so is there a kit available/or what is required to do the conversion. Input greatly appreciated.

You also need the steering link kit.
