SX trim cylinder rebuild

I have taken apart my trim cylinders because of the constant leak in there.
Looking at the stainless extension bars they are pitted and need replacing but I cannot seem to get them as seperate parts. Therefore a local machine shop is the answer I feel but am trying to get the drawings for them in particular the thread sizes for both outer and inner.
Also have damage to the end caps as they were quite corroded, can anyone help me get another good set for shipping to the UK?
I bought the reseal kits but to buy the cylinders costs a huge ?500 which is too much so a self build is in order I think.

If anyone has experience or can help I would really appreciate it.
Got to keep the cost down.

Ayuh,... I'd think it'd be cheaper, 'n easier to find a Used set from a freshwater boat....

I have seen a few of your posts looking for stuff. There seems to be a website where you can locate different parts in UK and they dont ship to US... i dont know if this will be of any help by marinepartseurope.com. hope that helps somewhat

Does anyone know where I could maybe get a set of endcaps for the trim tabs?
