Tach application

Short term remedy to a tach' less boat. Sun super tach should work...right ? Left over from hot rodding days. 12 volt alternater system, 4,6,8 cyl.<br /><br />73 Johnson 115.<br /><br />Thanks, Mike

Don't think so. You'll need a tach that will read a 6 pole/ 12 pulse signal. Check out tinytach website for details.
