tach compatibility



I believe the ignition is from an 1984. I say this because when I replaced the power pack the 1985 power pack was a little different but the 1984 power pack was an exact match of the old one.



I am going to replace my tach & wanted to know if the two pictures were interchangeable. Should the new tach be set to 6p?
