Hi,<br />Is there a way to temporarily hook up a automotive tach to the three prong plug on my merc's control box? I just need to do some troubleshooting and don't want to go buy an expensive merc tach.<br />Eric
Don't think so-I wanted to do a similar thing a while back with a normal 2-stroke tach and was told it probably wouldn't work. If you can lay your hands on a real good automotive timing strobe you can get your rpms from that though.
