So with my key in the ignition in the on position and the motor NOT running my tachometer reads 1100 RPM's. I assumed it was a ground problem. Looked and looked and tried some different rewiring still the exact same. Any ideas what else it could be if it isn't a ground? Oh, almost left out the most important part, its a 1984 Chrysler 90hp, 908V4B.
