I have a 1987 16' Fiberglass Bassboat Starcraft with a 1987 70hsp Johnson i've been sorta refurbing-
The Tach seem to work OK but at times when i first start it up it goes crazy for a few seconds (spins around) then acts normal
Is this normal or should i get a new one?
