I have a 1985 Yamaha 115 v4 model 115etlk, i need a new tach. I have the factory analog Yamaha tach right now with the lights for the oil warning system on the bottom. On the back of the guage there are 3 wire outlets that lead to a square plug. I also have 2 leads that use bullet connectors from the light socket (black and blue) and 2 wires from the upper left on the back of the tach using bullet connectors (wires are green and black), someone please help me with the part number so I can get a replacement tach (my current one is bouncing all over as far as the indicator goes). I see a few on ebay but they don't show the back side of them. Also boats .net has one listed for this model year but no picture is available. thanks

thanks but not the right one, mine does not have a temp warning light and I found somewhere that these are good for 4 stroke only 2006 and later, thanks but I need to keep this search going.

Not true. At least according to Yamaha. You may continue to believe your other source of information if wish.

But if you want to go with an older, more expensive version then go right ahead.
