Why couldn't you still press charges for the assault in the bar???

Re: Taking Liberty with O.P.S.

You had a pretty crappy experience, that turned out pretty well in the end. I'm glad you got a chance to pound him. Up here, regardless of who hits who first, we both get charged with assault.

I have the perfect neighbours. On either side, I have NEVER seen them move their boats ever. Ever. Covered in spiderwebs and dust and gull poop. Across the dock from me is the transient moorage for boats 50'+. Generally pretty sedate crowd. I get some severe boat envy, but they haven't bothered me yet.

Glad to hear it all worked out and you got some new stuff. Personally, I would have taken a hand auger and my scuba gear.....tough to prove if I get into the water away from the camera's view....

Cheers,

Randy.

Re: Taking Liberty with O.P.S.

I trailerboat my little Bayliner 175, so I'll probably never slip it where I have neighbors and such.

But, I'd be one of the guys who just says "Hi, my name is Jerry and this is my family.... " if I ever had slip neighbors , even for only a night or so.

Just remember, for every a hole, there are 10 good-wishing, considerate, thoughtful neighbors like the one you entrust your spare key to.

I'm one of the people who wave you over when you're trying to change lanes on the freeway and you aren't sure if you're clear to move over or not.

Good boating wishes for your next outing------ Jestmaty
