Hi,

I've owned a 1994 evinrude 115hp V4 whose one piston is to be changed. My problem is that I have only few information about this motor, i don't have the repair manual. Could someone gove to me some information about the procedure for dismonting this motor?
Once the motor being dismonted, I would need some technical values like tightening torque for crankcase screws, top-head cylinder, tolerances for cylinder bore?
Thanks

unplug (disconnet) big red plug, trim harness, battery cables. disconnect control cables.

remove mounting bolts, and lift. you are going to have to have the Evinrude Service Manual. order it here: http://www.outboardbooks.com/

Honestly, you really need the manual before proceeding.
