Taking on water

I have an 86 Hydra sport bass boat that's 20'. She's taking on a large amount of water but I can't seem to find out where. I have replaced the drain plugs..i.e. the twist in kind.. I have noticed that the forward livewell fills up but the rear does not. After a couple hours she takes on enough water where she won't plane out. I can run the bilge but it seems to be taking on water about as fast as the bilge can pump it. I have looked all underneath and cant find any holes or cracks. Any help?

possible leak rear live well plumbing? have you check the hull/cap joint, a good place to take on water.
