Not sure if this will help at all, but you say that you have an OB. You seem to notice a lot of water wen you run the engine. Could it be that when you come off plane you get a lot of water coming over the boat? I used to have an OB and had to watch the back and then give it just enough power to stay ahad of the wake when I was coming down. Just a thought

yeah i am stumped now.... ran the boat yesterday for about 2 hours, trolled and floated for about 3 hours... Broke a comp-prop (they suck...$119 for new aluminum)..got the boat out pulled the plug....no water ran out.... i must have figured it out... boat only has to last another 2 years then it is a bigger boat...
