talk to administration in private?

I need to be able to talk to someone in charge here in private. I have a question that may be against policy (Nothing crude) I need to talk to someone by email, etc.? How may I do this, being that private message is not available now? <br />Maybe someone in charge can email me so that I could be able to email them back. I suppose you have my email address. I sent a note to Mod4 at the contact button a week or so ago myself. No reply has been sent from anyone at iboats.
