Tearing into 85 Force

going to put new rings in... manual is coming and getting ready to order rings and gasket set. is there anything else i should be aware of??? Posted earlier on compression, took boat out to do another decarb at lake - didn't help but boat ran fine at wot but wouldn't idle and kept stalling - loading was interesting.<br />any help would be appreciated! ! !

just pay close attention to what you are doing.2 stroke motor rely heavily on a good seal.so dont let a small area on say the crank case go unsealed thinking it isnt important.that little leak can cause poor fuel delivery.also be watchfull of any metal particals no matter how small and find out where they came from to determin f there any upcomming problems and clean it all up real well.in other words follow the manuel and take your time to do it right.
