TECUMSEH outboard I.D. help.

I just picked up an older Tecumseh and was trying to find links or info on it thru google.....no luck.

It came with owners manual [not sure if original or even proper] but have serial number; 3641008 and assume model number T-629-14 type.

The maual/operating instructions state it was produced by Lauson engine div. or power prod. of TECUMSEH.

I love the old motors.....have found 3 nice '45-57 Johnsons and an old 40's Elgin, now this one. Great display pieces. The 3 johnsons all run and this Tecumseh appears to have good compression.

Would like any/all info possible. Was sold in TORONTO CANADA at Aikenheads hardware.

I can't imagine its that rare.....any pointers to sites more specific. I know alot of other motors re catalogued for id.
