And where I might buy parts for it?

That outboard was made by Eska. It has a Tecumseh engine. You can find a manual for it on ebay. Just search for Eska manual.

Parts are available at www.certifiedpartscorp.com. You'll need the model number on the engine.

You can see parts blowups at www.searspartsdirect.com. Again, you will need the model number. Sears has some parts, but not many.

I could tell you the year of your outboard if you supply the model number.
