I was looking into getting a simple radar arch made for my boat about 4 years ago - I did find some places that do it (and even some places that specialize in custom arches). I found them all via the internet, but unfortunately did not save the information because....<br /><br />I was dumbfounded at the prices. And I am a longtime boater in the northeast where the "marine uplift" is something I'm used to but this was astounding. Again, I don't remember the numbers specifically but it was many thousands....

Ayuh,..........<br /><br />It's Supposed to be Surplus Nato Tent Canvas.............<br />It's Olive Drab on the side you can see, the other is Battleship Gray............<br />It's a nice stout woven fabric,+ coated with vinyl........<br />Supposed to be UV ris.,+ Fireproof.....<br /><br />At 8 bucks a yard,...... I like it.........

hello bondo. cannot build my own. no time or experience. two names were thrown my way. www.oceanmarinefab.com also www.arctekmarine.com any dealings with the pair? .i will go from here. prices for an arch were at 1350.00 loaded. good or bad? regards david

Hi bibound,<br />I've never dealt with Any of these outfits......<br /><br />Those,+ Many More were My design resources.......<br />The 1 above was Gen I,... Gen II will be going on the New Project.......I Know what you mean about Time.....<br /><br />I don't know what they sell for, Try searching the MegaMall here at iboats......<br />ebay surfing will bring 1 up now,+ then...........<br /><br />After Building Mine, I see $1400.00 as a Steal .............That makes My time worth about $0.10@hr............... <br /><br />Lotta Fun though.................................................
