Teleflex CH1752P Shifter/throttle

Hello,
Has anyone installed this perticular control box? And one more question; The 1751 had just trim and the 1752 had trim and tilt. I have an outboard with electic 2 stage trim. When down the motor trims slow, when the motor is half way up it trims faster. Do I need a trim tilt system or just a trim system? Someone told me that only inboards need a tilt/trim is that true?
