Teleflex CH2600P Control

Has anyone ever installed one of these units? I don't see any screw holes on the out side, how does it mount. I am replacing an older Mercruiser Mercontrol that has 3 screws that just mounts it to the surface, does this control mount in the same way? Cover come off an expose mounting holes? Any help is appreciated.

I have a Teleflex on my boat and there is a screw in the front and back to get the cover off then 4 holes to mount it on the base of the control.
