On a almost new 40HP Yamaha 4 stroke the tell tail has water coming out sometimes and then other there in no water coming out. Does water have to come out of the tell tail for the engine to be cooling properly? It appeare that when the motor is running higer RPM/s it works mort often. Any comments? and on another post someone said to removed the thermostat cover, where it at?
