Just put a new impeller in (and plate below the impeller)...
Have a good stream for a while, then drops to a trickle.

Getting plenty of water blown out the exhaust.
I think the stream may be trickling when the T-stat opens.
Could be a piece of rubber from the previous impeller (I thought I got it all out) but since the stream is strong at times (usually at start up) I'm thinking I may not have enough water pressure.

Any thoughts or things I should look for?
impeller is orientated correctly and the key is in place, pump housing had some slight wear marks but they didn't look excessive.

Hey I have the same problem with my dt65. I found that sometimes the tell tale hole gets plugged with crud and sticking a wire in there when it is running helps sometimes.

Are you in the water, or are you running off the hose? Sometimes if you run off the hose, water will build up prior to start up, then as it fires up all that water gets forced through, then the stream will die a little. If your running in water, then you may have a blockage of some sort.

Suzuki's dont like muffs. Put the lower in a tub so that the pump is below the water line and try again. If that doesnt work you have a leak or a blockage.
