telltale

Looking at 4hp Mercury 4 stroke- 1999-2004 - do they have telltale for cooling like the bigger engines? Anyone have experience with these engines? thanks.

I have a 3.6 merc,and it pee's out just below the plug hole,and the exhaust outlet
