I have just purchased Proline with pair of 1989 Johnson 110hp outboards. I have been trying to get the wiring straightened out and have a problem with the temperature wiring. There are two sending units per motor, does one go to the buzzer and the other to the guage? The manual show the two senders connecting together before going to the helm or does the tan wire connect to the buzzer and temp gauge????????? Thanks for any help

The sender in each head is for the warning buzzer. If either, or both, heads overheat the buzzer will sound.

Temp gauges have their own senders. You'll have to get a sender for whatever brand gauge you have.
