temporary sealant?

I'm testing out my homemade pontoon boat soon. I'm not sure everything is where I want it though and thus I don't want to use 3M 5200 until I know everything is where I want it. Any recommendations on a good temporary sealant? Some of the bolts go through plywood and I want to make sure the plywood doesn't get wet.

Thanks Boomyal, I thought that I had read that somewhere but it's good to have it confirmed.

Boat Life sealants are permanent, but not an adhesive like 3M 5200. I have it on the motor mount bolts in the transom. So far so good. BUT it does take a few days to fully cure. So not a good choice if you're in a hurry.
