Being a republican, I'll actually admit where Bush messed up. He should have stayed in Afganistan longer to take out Bin Laden. He decided to redeploy to Iraq too soon. We had support of the entire world for the Afganistan operation, but almost none for the Iraq conflict. That information came straight from a Sergeant in the military, who supported Bush after 9/11, but not too much anymore.

No doubt Saddam needed to be removed from power. Nobody really disputes that. But Bush's timing was poor.

If Iraq was so wrong though, why so many quotes by famous democrats saying what Bush said prior to the war?
