Test propeller

Im wanting to buy a test prop for a johnson 150.
Are they generic? If not is there a moddel ?

Their based apon the boat not the motor.

For the motor you need to know splines and diameter mainly, try Craigslist or call a prop shop.

Test props were used by shops to test power output of the motor.----Used in a proper sized tank or with boat tied to the dock.-------One type for a V 6 could be used and a 200 HP could build more RPM than a 150 HP using the same test prop.-------Not a very common item as most good shops have gone with a dynamometer.----E-bay would be the best bet to find one.
