I need to know where I can get the best resource for how to test the stator and other electronic components of my Evinrude 135 HP. I have a manual but it does all it's tests with at Neon Tester. I'm looking for a step by step instruction guide that will give me Volts specs via DVA/Peak voltage Meter.
I would ask for specific instructions on how to test certain components- but I'm not sure what the problem is yet. So a troubleshooting guide would be cool too. Thanks in Advance
