Test Wheel

Where can I get my hands on a test wheel for a v6 150. It's a 1988 SR4 with a 4 1/4 in gearcase if that makes any difference.

Don't need to hold wot, but do need to hold rpms for awhile without breaking the engine. Doing some electrical measuring and testing. I think even a 90 horse wheel would work OK for this.

Engine actually puts out over 170, so a 200 would also probably work.

Possalbly Mercury hi-performance, most dealers simply take a damaged beond repair prop an cut 2 or 3 inches of dia. of it till the get the RPM that they want

years ago merc sent us a tech bulliten on modifiying a stock prop to use as a test wheel. some of the yamaha test wheels actually work well. check that the gear ratios are close.
