Looking for a test wheel for my 1996 88 Johnson. 13 spline shaft I believe. Anybody have any info?

Take a old 17 pitch aluminum prop, cut 1-1/4 inch off tips and drill 1/4 hole 3/4 down on rear (cupped area) of blade. Drill holes larger till you get perfered rpm. I have one for a V-6 OMC that turns 5400 rpm on trailer with no cavation, can post picture if needed.

I guess I could do that, but the whole point Iam trying to achieve is a link and sync on the trailer and check WOT timing. Wouldn't I have to start with the correct test wheel to have the correct load to perform the operation?
