testing a cdi/triggers

I have a 1989 force 85hp 2 stroke motor.
i have lost spark on my upper and lower cylinders, but the center one runs fine. boat will not start.
my ??? is can i test the triggers and cdi if so HOW?

you can do a dva test if you have adpator if not just resistance checkes, here is a website that will give you the values they should be and which wire to check between every thing should be hooked up and key off while check values, i just discovered my trigger went bad i have 900 ohms on my cyl 1 trigger wire... no wonder i couldnt get spark. good luck keep us posted
