Tinypic.com gives you a bunch of URL - some are web pages (like the link you posted) and some are the actual pictures itself. You want the one that looks like this:<br />"http://tinypic.com/9s3p77"<br />Put that in the dialog box that pops up when you click the "IMAGE" button.
