I am reinstalling my OSCO manifolds on a 302 Ford after an engine rebuilding. Should I use additional sealant?

Also, what paint would work well. I notice that the paint is gone on the portions near the engine head.

Last but not least, I planned on water testing before installing. What PSI would be good?

Thanks,

Jiom

The gaskets go on dry.
Rustoleum paint works great.

About 10 to 15 psi should be more than enough....

And the paint will always burn off by the head as there is no cooling water there.
