Texas Fires

We need some prayer and some rain around here, the fires are totally out of control in many parts of texas and new ones are starting everywhere.
The winds from the last tropical storm and the stray fires, combined with the lack of rain for a year is devastating many areas. Poor Bastrop.

My heart goes out to you and your family and ALL in the Great State of Texas, I was born and grew up in Tomball TX, worked moved me to TN in 2000. Even though I was offererd many choices of states to move too I chose TN because it reminded me of Austin TX. You and your family, as well as everyone in TX will be in our familys prayers.

Living in TN but allways a TEXAN.

I'm sorry for your and your fellow Texans' struggles raymond. My brother lives in Liberty City, which is just outside of Longview. They're day to day because fires have been within a mile of their house.

I am not in the path of any of the wild fires, so no worries. But man there is a bunch of texans that are. I wish there realy was something I could do to help. There are firefighters coming in from all over to help. I heard this morning they brought in a DC 10 from California. We flew over Bastrop yesterday, that is devistation only mother nature and god could do.
