Just update to everyone who replied to my questions, Thank You!
I cleaned tattle tail water spout with a zip, with the curved end of the wire tie I was able to fish it into all three hoses and clean the trash out. My second post was concerning the jacking plate angle, but I think I'm going to leave that be right now. After cleaning the carbs a second time and runing a while, its running pretty good, I premixed the first tank of fuel and marked the VRO tank, It appears to be drawing oil so I'm going to stop pre-mixing.
